At its February 17, 2021 meeting, Glen Ridge's Planning Board conducted a Master Plan consistency review of proposed Ordinance 1740, which would amend the Borough's Chapter 13.24 stormwater management regulations. Secretary Erik DeLine explained the reasons for the update and pointed to where stormwater was addressed in the Master Plan Re-examination Report. In response to member questions about which properties would be affected, DeLine said that given current and potential development in the Borough, very few sites would actually be impacted by the changes.

The Board unanimously found the ordinance consistent with the Master Plan and recommended no changes to it by the Council. No members of the public spoke. The Board had previously adopted its January 20, 2021 minutes without abstention.
