Board of Adjustment Reorganizes for 2025, Reappoints Mahoney as Chair and Sets Meeting Calendar Through January 2026

The Board of Adjustment held its 2025 organizational meeting on January 9, 2025. Members unanimously reappointed Hugh Mahoney as Chair and Carl Bergmanson as Vice Chair, and confirmed the reappointment of Erik DeLine as Planner and Secretary, Alan Trembulak, Esq. as Board Attorney, and Paul Ferriero, PE as Board Engineer. The board also unanimously adopted its 2025 by-laws.

The board adopted its full 2025 meeting schedule: February 13, March 13, April 10, May 8, June 12, July 10, September 11, October 9, November 13, and December 11, 2025, plus January 8, 2026. The December 12, 2024 minutes were adopted, with Ms. Berger abstaining. No members of the public offered comment, and the meeting was otherwise procedural.
