Meeting virtually on July 15, 2020 because of the pandemic, Glen Ridge's Planning Board held its public hearing on the 2020 Master Plan Re-examination Report. Secretary Erik DeLine confirmed all noticing requirements under the Municipal Land Use Law had been met and that no public comments had been received in advance; no members of the public attended to comment at the hearing itself. Jeffrey Janota of H2M Associates walked the Board through changes made since May based on members' feedback.

Councilor Morrow asked whether the report should address the impacts of COVID-19 on planning in the Borough; Janota agreed to draft an addendum, and attorney Alan Trembulak advised the Board could adopt the report as presented and add the COVID-19 addendum later. The Board then adopted the 2020 Master Plan Re-examination Report by roll call vote, with all present members voting in favor.
