Planning Board Holds Annual Reorganization, Sets 2020 Meeting Schedule

Glen Ridge's Planning Board opened 2020 with its annual reorganization meeting on January 15. Mr. Mason was reappointed Chair and Mr. Mehrotra Vice Chair; the Board also confirmed its committee and staff appointments, naming Vice Chair Mehrotra, Mr. Hegarty, and Mr. Zichelli to the Site Plan Subcommittee, Erik DeLine as Secretary, and Alan Trembulak, Esq. as attorney. The Board unanimously adopted its by-laws and set its regular 2020 meeting schedule, running from February 19, 2020 through January 20, 2021, all starting at 7:30 p.m.

Secretary DeLine reported that H2M was expected to deliver a draft Master Plan Re-examination Report by January 31, 2020, with adoption anticipated in the spring. No members of the public spoke. The Board adopted its October 16, 2019 minutes, with Mr. Dawson and Mr. Zichelli abstaining.
