Board of Adjustment Formalizes Denial of Domus Augusta's 959 Bloomfield Avenue Project, Welcomes New Member Sean Payne

Glen Ridge's Board of Adjustment met September 9, 2021 primarily to close out its prior denial of Domus Augusta, LLC's site plan application for 959 Bloomfield Avenue, unanimously adopting a formal resolution of denial. The board also welcomed Sean Payne as its newest member.

No new applications were heard and no members of the public commented. The board adopted its July 8, 2021 minutes without objection.
