Board Names Erik DeLine Planner and Secretary at 2020 Organizational Meeting

Glen Ridge's Board of Adjustment held its January 9, 2020 meeting as its annual organizational session, with no variance applications on the agenda. The board unanimously reelected Hugh Mahoney as Chair and James Ashenfelter as Vice Chair. With Michael Rohal's departure as Board Engineer, Chair Mahoney appointed Erik DeLine as the board's new Planner and Secretary and reappointed Alan Trembulak, Esq. as Board Attorney; because the borough had not yet named a replacement Board Engineer, that appointment was tabled until a future meeting. The appointments that were made were confirmed, with Mr. Ashenfelter abstaining.

The board adopted its 2020 by-laws and set its meeting schedule for the year, running from February 13, 2020 through January 14, 2021, and adopted its June 13, 2019 minutes, with members Bergmanson and Velechko abstaining. No members of the public offered comment.
