Board of Adjustment Holds Routine 2015 Organizational Meeting, No Applications Heard

Glen Ridge's Board of Adjustment held its January 8, 2015 meeting as a routine annual organizational session, with no variance applications on the agenda. The board unanimously reelected Hugh Mahoney as Chair and James Ashenfelter as Vice Chair, reappointed Michael Rohal as Board Engineer and Michael Zichelli as Planner and Secretary, and reappointed Alan Trembulak, Esq. as Board Attorney; all appointments were confirmed unanimously. The board also adopted its 2015 by-laws and set its regular meeting schedule for the year, running from February 12, 2015 through January 14, 2016.

The board adopted a prior set of meeting minutes, with member Krien abstaining. No members of the public offered comment, and the meeting was adjourned without any land-use business being conducted.
