Board of Adjustment Opens 2022 With Reorganization, Formalizes Denial of 276 Ridgewood Avenue Fence Variance

Glen Ridge's Board of Adjustment held its 2022 organizational meeting on January 13, 2022, unanimously reappointing Hugh Mahoney as chair and Carl Bergmanson as vice chair, and reappointing Erik DeLine as planner/secretary, Alan Trembulak as board attorney, and Paul Ferriero as board engineer. The board also adopted its 2022 by-laws and meeting schedule for the year.

The board adopted its December 9, 2021 minutes, with Mr. Scott abstaining, and formally adopted a resolution of denial for Pierre Van Wayenberge's fence application at 276 Ridgewood Avenue, with Mr. Krien and Mr. Scott abstaining. No members of the public commented, and no new applications were heard.
