Board Appoints David Battaglia as Engineer, Approves Height Variance at 431 Ridgewood Avenue

Glen Ridge's Board of Adjustment confirmed David Battaglia as the board's new Engineer at its March 12, 2020 meeting, filling the vacancy left by Michael Rohal's departure. The board also adopted its January 9, 2020 minutes, with members Johnson, Scott, and Krien abstaining.

The board unanimously approved a height variance allowing Kevin and Melissa Woertz to build an addition at 431 Ridgewood Avenue. Architect Jonathan Perlstein presented the plans, telling the board they had already been reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Commission. No members of the public commented on the application.
