Glen Ridge Mayor & Council Hold Meeting: Scout Troop Recognition and Committee Reports

At its recent meeting, the Glen Ridge Borough’s mayor and council honored Boy Scout Troop 55 for their exemplary community service to elderly residents during winter storms. Mayor Deborah Mans declared a proclamation recognizing the scouts’ dedication and selflessness.

The council also approved minutes from March 9th without any discussion. They considered a resolution approving a contract for tire mounting and balancing equipment, which was supported by Councilman Tirriana with seconded support from Councilman Zimmitt.

No new business or unfinished matters were brought up at the meeting. The mayor adjourned the session after closing public comments.
